Madly In Love Monday: Eco
Hi everyone, Happy Monday! This Monday I am soooooooo in love with Eco style gel. I saw that a lot of people were talking about this brand of styling gel all over You Tube and I just had to try it. Now Eco has a lot of different types of style gels. The one I'm using is Eco Styler Olive Oil Hair Gel at level 10, which is the maximum hold. Let me tell you, I love this gel because it lays down my edges instantly; I have been at work all day and home now, its been about 7 hours and my edges are still layed :). Usually I would use gel and then have to tie a scarf around my head for my edges to lay down and even then with in a hour or less my edges would be puffy. The same thing happens when I tried using the edge control pomades. What I also like about this product is it doesn't flake, it is clear, it moisturizes my hair/scalp, alcohol free, its UV protection, Its inexpensive ($2.99 Kmart) and its Anti Itch, which is amazing to me (my hair itches all the time). I highly recommend this product if you aren't using yet!!!!

Whack Wednesday: Hair Dye Everywhere But Your Hair!!!
Hey everybody Happy Wednesday! So what's whack this Wednesday is when you want a change in your life and decided to dye your hair, but because you were never a professional to begin with, there is a ring of hair color all over your neck, ears, forehead etc... I deal with this situation often but I have the solution!!! One day I was looking on the internet and found some very useful information. There is a way to remove this unwanted hair color from your skin and all you need is (drum roll please !!) Toothpaste!!! I have used this technique to remove hair color off my skin plenty of times and it really works. All you do is apply the toothpaste (anyone will do) to the parts of the skin with the dye on it, gently rub it in with warm water, Let sit for a few (it does tingle) and them remove with a warm rag. I do use a bit of aggression when wiping and it usually comes right off. It was a miracle, well actually it contains just enough abrasive ingredients to safely remove stains without any causing any harm to your skin. I no longer worry about dying my hair at home:) So I hope you guys found this tip useful and continue to dye your hair any color of the rainbow (side note: remember to always moisturize your hair after dying your hair.) Have a amazing day and stay beautiful!
