And the race Begings

Well tommrow be the beginning of the race to loose weight. The money went up to 700 dollars and boy am i ready for that sweet sweet cash lol. it will be hard but i think i have the right motivation . What i need to do first is to figure out how i want to go about this. it's a fine time to think about this now, a day before i start but i think i have an idea. but my goal is to lose 65 lbs regrauadless of the money it's important for me to shed the pounds. Death is not an opiton .so wish me luck and hear we go. By the way it went from 4 to 7 so thanks you guys for stopping by and looking. Hopefully someone can relate :)

I choose the black backround because it associates with looking slim. Atleast it says it does, To me it all depends on how you use your black. sometimes it just doesn't work. but anyway i could go on and on but i won't i decided to start a blog to kind of vent and share my story maybe somebody can relate.
I was a big girl all my life i use to be on diet after diet but in the end i am a damn there obesse 356 lbs. why u ask cause all i do is eat, not just for the sake of being hungry sometimes i was just bored and wanted to put something in my mouth and not just that as all women have experince , men promblems, stress, just cause you can. I didn't have such a promblem with my wait before i acually after highschool was proud of figure, they thought i look good (the guys) so i did my best to look like the sex y young black women i am.
well i feel inlove and when he stomp will the coplments i stop feeling sexy. It's a shame that a man can make you feel ten times small. The funny thing is other guys thought i was ao beautiful but it wasn't the one i wanted to notice me. which was very helpful to my self asteem. Along with feeling like an old women back pains, ankles hurt, out of breath, the constant fat rolls etc......i kenw it was time for a change.
So i made it appoint to change my life around. I decided to let go of that man and put me frist. So my goal is that in six months i would like to loose 60lbs ( just to make it even) I decided to cut the carbs out (which is harder than you can imagin) more water vegtables, chicken, fish, 1600 calories (as recommend my a nurtiantce) and exercise 3x's a week. the question is when to start???????
